§1 Hungry Monkey

A restaurant finder that called the restaurant for you. We built it over Thanksgiving week 2024 for the YC + Supabase AI hackathon, pitched as Yelp for holiday hours.

Press “Check hours” on a listing and a Vapi voice agent dialed the place, asked if it was open and when, and wrote the answer back to the listing. Assistants like Meta's Muse and Instinct run errands like this for their users now.

§2 Epic Shelter

A data migration tool for moving data between storage systems. It currently supports SingleStore to Hydrolix: data is converted to Parquet on the way, and the schema is translated for the target (Figure 1).
